In a city ruled by the Axe Gang, Sing (Stephen Chow) struggles to become a member. He finds himself in a rundown disgrace owned by an eccentric couple who turn out to be kung fu masters. Sing's various antics lead to a kung fu battle between the Axe Gang and the couple who own the slum. Only one sid
