This Air Crash Investigation looks at this Beechcraft Model 390 (Premier IA) crash in Indiana, USA on 17 March 2013. This is an extraordinary event with a passenger in control of the thrust levers. Accidently shutting down BOTH engines during the descent and what follows is an emergency approach and
