The Ukrainian government reshuffle has come as a surprise, less so due to the change at the post of prime minister, and more for the dismissal of the popular defense minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, whose dismissal is attributed to his conflict with the top Ukrainian commander, General Oleksandr Syrskyi.
