This is a boating nightmare. I bought a 2001 chaparral with 120 hours on it that the previous owner over heated. Since the boat was so poorly taken care of the motor got hydrolocked due to old cap and rotor and the impeller not being able to cool the motor good enough due to parts being melted down.
